working principle:

  The end of the cylinder is provided with an end cap with a hollow journal. The journal of the end cap is supported on the bearing, and the motor rotates the ball mill through the gear mounted on the cylinder, and the grinding medium and the ore are ground in the cylinder. The total loading amount is 25-45% of the effective volume of the cylinder. When the cylinder rotates around the horizontal axis at the specified rotation speed, the grinding medium and ore in the cylinder are lifted to a certain height by the centrifugal lining under the action of centrifugal force and friction force, and then freely detached or thrown away from the cylinder wall. Falling, the ore is crushed by impact and abrasion. The ore is continuously fed from the hollow journal at one end of the cylinder, and the ground product is continuously discharged through the hollow journal at the other end of the cylinder. The movement of the ore in the cylinder is achieved by continuously applying pressure to the ore.
