working principle:
Ceramic vacuum filter mainly consists of roller system, mixing system, feeding and discharging system, vacuum system, filtrate discharge system, scraping system, hair washing system, combined cleaning (ultrasonic cleaning, automatic acid cleaning) system, automatic control system The tank body and the frame are composed of several parts.
Suction area: The filter plate immersed in the slurry during work is combined with vacuum pressure under the action of capillary, the surface is adsorbed into a layer of filter cake, and the filtrate passes through the filter plate into the distribution valve to the drain tank.
Leaching zone: After the filter cake is transferred out of the slurry bucket, the filter cake is sprayed and washed.
Drying zone: The filter cake continues to dehydrate under the action of high vacuum.
Discharge area: When no vacuum is entered, the scraper is automatically unloaded.
Backwashing: Industrial water or filtrate enters the ceramic plate through a dispensing valve and is cleaned from the inside out. Clean the clogged micropores. After one cycle of ceramic plate, ultrasonic wave is used to match low concentration
