working principle:
The working environment temperature of the belt conveyor is generally between -10 °C and +40 °C. The required material temperature does not exceed 75 °C. The heat-resistant rubber belt can transport high-temperature materials below 120 °C. When the material temperature is higher, the belt conveyor should not be used. At the same time, the loose density of the material to be transported should be 2.5t/m3. When conveying materials with components such as acidic alkaline oils and organic solvents, oil-resistant, acid-resistant rubber tapes or plastic tapes are required.
