Advantage characteristics:

　　1. The rubber pump is the inner liner of the slurry pump which is made of natural rubber. Rubber linings and metal linings differ greatly in their characteristics. The rubber lining is generally better than the metal lining (high chrome) in corrosion resistance, and the lining of the metal high chrome alloy generally has good wear resistance.

　　2. According to the customer's industrial and mining conditions and the composition of the slurry to be transported, the material of the lining is selected. Generally, for alloys of nickel, molybdenum and other minerals which are not very abrasive, the pump can be selected; for iron ore, gold ore, etc., the metal lining is selected.

working principle:

　　In operation, the mutual engagement of the main and driven gears causes a change in the working volume to transport the melt. The working volume is composed of a pump body, a tooth groove of the gear, and a bearing sleeve having a side plate function. When the gear rotates, the melt enters the tooth groove of the two gears of the suction chamber. With the rotation, the melt is brought into the discharge chamber from both sides, and the gear is meshed again, so that the melt in the tooth groove is squeezed out of the discharge chamber.
